LORRAINE HOWELL - CLUB PRINCIPAL
The Castle Hill Club and Teaching team is directed by Lorraine Howell who has been competing and teaching physie for many years. Lorraine has experience across all disciplines of physie and is herself a Senior National Grand Champion, winning the coveted cup multiple times throughout her personal career. In her teaching career Lorraine has achieved many National Titles across all age groups in both individual and team competitions. Lorraine brings a wealth of experience to our club; she is a founding member of APDA and a current Level 4 Judge with extensive judging experience at the highest grand champion level. Lorraine teaches students from 5 years through to Ladies.

COURTNEY HOWELL
Courtney has been involved in physie and dance as young child taking her First National win at 11 years of age. Taking a break from physie Courtney has since pursued her dance career, training at an elite level with Tanya Pearson’s College and more recently as a part time student with the prestigious Queensland Ballet Company. Courtney has achieved high distinctions in the Major Grades of the RAD syllabus and is working towards her last exam. In 2018 Courtney resumed her physie and took National First Place in the 16 Years section at the ICC. Courtney has recently completed her studies at university and enjoys working with and mentoring the junior and younger senior groups at Castle Hill Physie and Dance.

NATALIE DONALDSON
Natalie has been doing physie at Castle Hill for the past 16 years and is a competitor in the Open Elites section. Natalie has been involved in teaching our junior and senior members for the past six years, she is also trained in stretch and strength as well as yoga and Pilates. Natalie has placed at nationals yearly and in 2019 contested for Senior Grand Champion in the coveted “Grand Champion Girl” National final. Natalie loves the confidence and empowerment APDA gives to young girls, and the amazing friendships she has made at Castle Hill Physie and Dance.
KYLIE CARBONE
Kylie has been involved with physie since she was three years old and has achieved great results at an individual and team level. Kylie is a zone champion and placegetter and has successfully made numerous National Finals and received national places, Kylie also enjoys a judging role at APDA competitions. As a younger dancer Kylie was trained in Ballet and Jazz and in addition to physie also enjoys taking Pilates and barre classes for fitness. Kylie assists with our ladies and junior classes; she is also our club administrator. Kylie shares her love of Physie with her daughter Chiara who is in our senior classes.

REGINA CLARKE
Regina has been a long-standing member of Castle Hill Physie for over 35 years and in that time has had great success placing at zone and national level competitions as an individual and at team level. Regina has been involved in teaching the junior classes at our club and enjoys mentoring and working with younger students as they begin their journey with physie. Regina is naturally sporty; she currently plays at competition level with a local touch football team and enjoys keeping fit. Regina shares her love of physie with her daughter Isobel who is in our senior classes.
